Moscow: Participants in the preparatory meeting of Geneva didn't reach final document

MOSCOW- Russia underlined that only the Syrians have the right of self-determination without any foreign intervention, announcing that the sides which will participate in the international conference on Syria in Geneva later today wouldn't reach a draft for the final document.
"The problem lies in the stances of different sides; Russia's west partners seek to decide the political process in Syria though this issue is a Syrian one," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov said in a statement published on Russia Today site.
A ministerial meeting of the work group on Syria will be held today at the UN HQ in Geneva.
The five UN Permanent Security council members; Russia, USA, China, Britain and France in addition to Iraq, Kuwait, Turkey and Qatar participate in the Conference.
